Before conclusion

• The insurance product information document (IPID) as a separate, recognisable document, not hidden in an attachment.
• The full policy terms and conditions, to read and keep before signing.
• The premium, all costs and taxes, and what is paid periodically.
• The duration of the contract and how it can be terminated.

The right of withdrawal

• You have fourteen days to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance.
• This information must be available before conclusion and on the page where signing takes place.

Paying

• You pay online. That payment counts as your agreement: if no payment is made, there is no policy.
