How it works
-
You tell us what you do
Through the chat on this page. A few words are enough to start. A new car, a newly formed company, a home, a client demanding extra cover: just say what is going on.
-
We ask the questions that matter
No standard questionnaire and no drop-down menus. Based on what you tell us, we only ask what matters in your situation. Someone insuring a car gets different questions than someone insuring a home, and an IT consultant different ones than a building contractor.
-
An expert reviews your file
Whether the cover matches what you told us, whether there are gaps in it, and whether it fits your situation. That is why you wait two days.
-
You receive your proposal
With an explanation of why this cover suits you and what is and is not included. You ask your questions straight away, through whichever channel suits you at that moment.
-
After that, everything stays in place
If something changes, a car is added or a claim occurs, you pick it up wherever you reach us most easily. What you told us before is still there.
What to expect from us
You send us a message about what you want to insure. We ask the questions your situation calls for and build your file. Usually within two working days you have a proposal, drawn up by an insurance broker.
You do not need to know which policy you are looking for, fill in a form, or call during office hours. Just tell us what there is to insure and we work out what you need together with Group Induver.
The work sits with us, not with you
No four-page forms, no office hours, no question you have to answer three times. You send us what you have; we build the file.
We work together with Group Induver NV, an insurance broker with FSMA number 016880 — not for them, but with them. Their experience with insurers and files is what we carry into everything we build. The looking up and the filling in, we automate. The advice stays human: every proposal is drawn up by an insurance broker before it reaches you.
What happens after you sign up
You report a claim wherever you reach us. No policy number to look up and no form to fill in.
-
Reporting a claim.
Send a message with a photo. The assistant asks the questions your case needs and sets up your file. A colleague reviews it and confirms.
-
All your policies in one place.
One overview of everything you have taken out with Ōmata: which cover you have and what it includes. Questions about your policies go through whichever channel suits you.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly do I get a proposal?
Usually within two working days of your first message. Those two days go into the review: an insurance broker checks whether the cover matches what you told us, whether there are gaps in it, and whether it fits your situation.
Do I need to know myself which insurance I need?
No. You tell us what there is to insure, and we work out what you need. A new car, a newly formed company, a home, a client demanding extra cover: a few words are enough to start.
How do I reach Ōmata?
Through the chat on this page, evenings and weekends included. You always get a reply. Everything ends up in the same file, so you never have to tell your story twice.
Does a person look at my file?
Yes. Whatever a computer can take over, we let it take over: asking the questions, reading documents, building the file. The judgement stays with a person, and every proposal is checked by an insurance broker before it is sent to you.
Does the Ōmata assistant give advice?
Not today. The intake asks targeted questions to clarify your situation and prepare a quote, but does not recommend any one policy over another. Should that change, it will be on the Our services page before it does.
What happens after I take out a policy?
Your policies are in one place and you report a claim with a message and a photo, through whichever channel suits you at that moment. There is no policy number to look up and no form to fill in.
Who is behind Ōmata?
Ōmata Insurance is the AI-first studio of the Induver group and a sister company of Group Induver NV: two companies within the same group, not parent and subsidiary. Ōmata puts you in touch with Group Induver NV, an insurance broker with FSMA number 016880; that is where the advice and the policy come about. The full identification is on the legal notices page.
